10 Years as a Social Service Provider!
I've had the unique opportunity to provide redirection services as an Administrator and Executive Director of a second chance academy for the past seven years. In that period, because of my efforts and dedication, thousands of youth and their families have been helped and placed back on a road toward success.
In my career, I have strived with integrity and competence to incorporate into my practice the core values of service, social justice, preserving the dignity and worth of every individual and emphasizing the importance of healthy human relationships.
It is my profession’s values, ethical principals and the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics which has inspired and compelled me to provide professional, quality, and premium service to all that I have served in my career.
Thus it has been my distinct privilege to have worked with families and, in particular, children as a school social worker, academic/career counselor, life skills adviser and facilitator, teen life coach, instructor, mentor and servant leader.
